Whether you would like to actively start looking for a first home now, or would just like to keep an eye on what’s happening in Denver’s real estate market, we would be happy to set you up on our free e-mail alert program.

You choose the criteria for the types of properties you’d like to hear about:

• price range ($200,000-$250,000, for example)
• single-family houses or multi-family properties (condos, lofts, townhomes, and duplexes)
• zip codes (we can help you figure this out, if we know which parts of town you like and/or which neighborhoods are your favorite)

You’ll then receive an e-mail that shows you all of the properties that meet your criteria. Each property will have it’s own link, which will lead you to a detailed description of the property, along with dozens of photos. The descriptions of the properties include:

• square footage
• number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• features (fireplace, air conditioning, deck, etc.)
• year built
• price (current price and original listing price)
• annual property taxes
• school district

We’ve found that these e-mails really help first time home buyers get a sense of the Denver market, including what’s available, how quickly it’s selling, and even more!
